Lighting Tip: Before returning ceiling lights or wall fixtures, please ensure all components are present and undamaged. This helps us process your return more efficiently.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bulbs (due to potential damage during return shipping)
- Custom or special order lighting fixtures
- Opened electrical components
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number with your return.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the provided return label (if applicable) or ship to:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process
To exchange an item:

- In your return request email, specify the replacement item you’d prefer

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
